Crystalyve is a small, independent shop in Donghai County, Jiangsu, China, a town known far and wide for its crystal trade. Here, crystals aren't a rare find. They're part of the everyday scenery, piled high in market stalls and passed from hand to hand.
That's where we hand-select and pack every piece in our shop: suncatchers, dream catchers, crystal trees, mineral specimens, clusters, geodes, fossils and figurines. Our suncatchers, dream catchers and crystal trees are made by hand, with natural crystal chips and stones wrapped in wire or cord. Our clusters, geodes and fossils are natural pieces, chosen one at a time. When sunlight reaches a suncatcher's glass prism, it scatters little rainbows across the room. It's a quiet thing, but it can change the feel of a whole afternoon.
We're a small shop, so we'd rather be straightforward than fancy. The stones and crystal chips we describe as natural are natural, and we always tell you when something is dyed, coated, color-enhanced, glass, resin or shell. Because natural stones and handmade pieces are never identical, no two pieces are exactly alike; colors, shapes and sizes vary a little from one to the next. We don't make promises about what a crystal can do for you. We simply hope it brings a bit more light into your space.
