How do I measure my wrist?
Measure snugly with a soft tape, without adding room, and record the result in centimeters. Set the measurement in the atelier and contact us if you need help with fit.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the photograph?
The arrangement is a guide. Natural inclusions, translucency and color vary from stone to stone. Crystal meanings describe personal symbolism, not medical or health benefits.
When will my bracelet ship?
Our made-to-order bracelets need 7–14 business days for crafting and processing before shipping, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery time is additional.
How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies only when expressly offered. The published shipping policy gives estimated US transit time of 10–20 business days after dispatch; customs, weather and carrier delays can affect this estimate.
How do I care for my bracelet?
Keep it away from perfume, detergents and prolonged soaking. Wipe gently with a soft cloth, store separately, and remove before swimming or exercise.

Made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for crafting and processing before dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders ship internationally from Asia. Estimated US delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Customs, weather and carrier delays may affect this estimate.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies only when expressly offered. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Every Crystalyve piece is made to order — crafted after you place your order, made only for you. Because of this, we can accept returns or exchanges solely for defects in craftsmanship.
If your piece arrives with a defect, please write to hello@crystalyve.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will remake your piece free of charge, or refund you — your choice.
For non-defective pieces, please measure your wrist carefully before ordering, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, except for defective items, for which we cover the cost.
